Auburn Gymnastics Leotard History

Auburn Gymnastics doesn’t follow the same pattern as Auburn’s other programs. Instead of one set of uniforms worn all season, the Tigers introduce a handful of new leotards each year, retiring others as they go, with each design typically staying in the rotation for three to four seasons before being phased out. Every leotard is given its own name by the program, listed alongside its photo throughout this archive.

Auburn wore Under Armour leotards from 2014 through 2019, when the program began mixing in designs from Ozone. Since 2021, the Tigers have competed exclusively in Ozone.

Documenting gymnastics also comes with a challenge unique to this program: meet photography, especially from past seasons, is far harder to track down than the game photos available for Auburn’s other sports. Every leotard added here required locating a specific, clear meet photo to confirm its details. That’s why this archive currently covers a smaller share of the program’s history than other team pages, and why it will continue to grow more gradually as research continues.
